Babylon Down is the digital base of Selecta Rebel aka Papa Rebel,  reggae selecta from Belgium,   crucial member of the Utah reggae scene who was active there from the early 2000's until 2012, hosted a now infamous longtime Monday Reggae night, played at every major venue & opened up for every major reggae act to tour the state. Now residing in California's Bay Area,he continues to DJ along side local "Top Ranking" selectors and touring reggae acts.
